The successful candidate will be an approved LPC Supervisor and will provide supervision to master's level counseling interns as well as pre-licensed therapists working towards state licensure. Supervisor will carry a small caseload. Must be be independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW and meet the requirement for approved clinical supervisor.

Provide, oversee, and/or administer a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and/or case management services in a high-intensity clinical environment which requires a high degree of independent decision-making and program administration. Lead and train lower level counselors/social workers, students, and/or interns engaged in related therapeutic/patient care activities, as appropriate to the individual position.  Must be be independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW.

Assess and screen clients by conducting psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, observations, and psychological testing. Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose clients with mental health disorders. Prescribe and administer medications according to diagnosis. Monitor clients to determine efficacy and potential side effects of medications
Develop a treatment plan, measure progress against the plan, and make adjustments as needed. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Collaborate with counselors and other stakeholders to assess and adjust treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy to clients as appropriate and within scope of training and experience.

Responsible for managing a client caseload including screening and assessing for client needs, development of treatment plans, facilitating individual and group counseling sessions, documentation of client progress and participation, treatment plans reviews and discharging planning.
